Installing MODEM driver procedure on Microsoft Windows Millennium Edition :

1. Insert the "Driver and Utility" CD to CDROM/DVDROM device.

2. Double-click the System icon in the Control Panel.

3. Click on "Device Manager" tab in System Properties.

4. Double-click on "PCI Card"

5. Click on "Driver" tab, and click on "Update Driver" icon.

6. Click on "Next" .

7. Select Driver location :"CDROM Drive(D):\Modem\WINME\PCTEL"

8. Click on "OK" .

9. Click on "Next" .

10. Click on "OK" button to start driver install.

11. Click on "Finish" to finish driver installation.

12. Restart your computer for the new settings take effect.
